Relocation into a new building within the prestigious Royal Dock development in E16, London.

Full design and specification by the Black Circle design team, building control management and structural calculations for the steel mezzanine floor.

The Black Circle installation team supplied and installed the new steel mezzanine floor to add an additional 130m2 to the premises. Works included full internal fit out to include the bespoke joinery and feature ceiling design. Full electrical and mechanical installation and internal and external signage.

Remedi Health is a new private pharmacy opening in a modern building. Black Circle’s design team carried out the full interior design and specification, planning applications and building control.

The installation team carried mendaciously managed the full installation of the high specification interior including the electrical and mechanical works, floors and plaster board ceilings, supply of all fixtures and fittings including the internal and external signage.

Maven Pharmacy had outgrown their small premises and relocated 200 yds along Hagley Road to a more prominent position. The new property had 3 different floor levels and the stairs to the 1stfloor was completely in the wrong position.

Black Circle’s design team carried out the full design and specification. The installation team carried out the internal building works including a new stairs for staff and customers to access the 1^st floor, new large hardwood timber shopfronts with double glazing, a wheelchair friendly access ramp to connect the pharmacy to the new rear car park. All internal fixtures and fittings including the bespoke joinery items. We completely re-wired the electrics and installed over 35 data points back to a large cabinet. New flooring, decorating and ceilings along with all internal and external signage.

The Abbey Pharmacy has been serving the local community of Sherbourne for over 230 years and was expanded into the neighbouring property. Both properties are Grade 2 Listed.

Black Circle’s design team carried out the full interior design with Revit 3D visuals and Walk Through, planning applications and building control management, including numerous meetings with the local conservation officer. We also provided the structural calculations working in collaboration with our regular engineer.

Whilst keeping the pharmacy trading during the complete project, our installation and project management team’s work included the internal building works, new stairs to the new 1^st floor Treatment Room and WC, all internal fixtures and fittings including the numerous bespoke joinery items. The installation team also carried out the complete new electrical installation with data, new air conditioning systems and heating, new plumbing to the numerous sinks and new WC. Shopfront signage in gold leaf (actual gold!)
